Can I pay fee in installments?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans. Here’s the breakdown for different payment plans:

Will I get any special discount?
No, the fee and payment plans are same for all students.We believe in offering high-quality service at a fair price that reflects the value we provide. Keeping fee consistent ensures every student receives the same level of commitment and resources from us.
Is the fee refundable?
No, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the payment is made, it confirms your enrollment and secures your spot in the batch. We recommend carefully reviewing all course details before enrolling to ensure it meets your needs.
Is the fee transferable to another person?
No, the fee is non-transferable to another person. Enrollment is tied to the individual who registered for the course.
Is the fee transferable to different batch of the same course?
The fee is transferable to another batch of the same course only if the same student joins the new batch before the current batch ends, along with applicable transfer charges.Batch transfer charges are calculated on a pro rata basis, based on the number of lectures completed before the student notifies us that they want to change the batch, or Rs. 2,000, whichever is higher. The maximum transfer charge will not exceed 50% of the total course fee.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes, we offer digital copy of Certificate of Attendance and/or Certificate of Excellence.Certificate of Attendance and/or Certificate of Excellence is a unique digital certificate that includes a QR code.This QR code can be scanned using any standard QR code scanner, allowing anyone to easily verify the authenticity of the certificate. By scanning the QR code, users can validate and access official information related to the certification, ensuring its legitimacy and providing instant proof of achievement.Certificate of Attendance is provided to students who have paid 100% of the fee, with at least 80% of the attendance.Certificate of Excellence is provided to students who have paid 100% of the fee, and passed the class examination with at least 80% of the marks.Class examination is free of cost for students who have maintained minimum 80% of the attendance.For re-attempts or students who are unable to maintaince 80% of the attendance are required to pay Rs 1,000 for each attempt.Certificate of Attendance and/or Certificate of Excellence was introduced on 01-Jan-2025. Students who joined before this date are required to pay a fee of ₹ 500 to apply for these certificates.
Do you provide placement?
At Learning Circle, our primary focus is to equip students with strong technical skills through hands-on, and practical learning. We don’t just teach, we empower.Additionally, we maintain WhatsApp and Telegram groups, where our students receive job opportunities.
Can I get access to the recordings?
Students can view their batch recordings on our website, without the option to download, for a period of one year from the batch start date.Note: The recording feature was introduced on the Learning Circle platform on 23-Sep-2025. All batches starting on or after 23-Sep-2025 will have access to view their class recordings. Students enrolled before 23-Sep-2025 can purchase recordings from current batch by paying addition fee of ₹ 1,000.
